Visiting a new place can be tough is Jesus is Alive Assembly of God, so here are a few questions that people frequently ask about ship:
What should I wear?
Wear clothes in which you are comfortable. The congregation feels comfortable wearing clothes that not exposed their bodies parts especially jeans, khakis, polos, or suits.
What is your service like?
In a typical service, we begin with a time of singing, led by a song leader and a small band. During the song service, there is a time of prayer. Then, we have a few announcements, preaching and receive the offering.
How long is the service?
The service is about an hour and a half after 45 minutes of Sunday School. It begins at 11:15 am and usually runs until about 12:45 p.m.
Where are you located?
We are located in the building of Gaithersburg Middle school which is on Teachers way Gaithersburg MD.

Do you provide children’s church or a nursery?
Not yet. We will do when it is needed.
Is there a ministry for teens?
Yes, we offer a youth small group that meets once a month during the morning service and host monthly activities.
Are you affiliated with a denomination?
We are affiliated with the Assemblies of God, a Pentecostal fellowship with its national office in Springfield, MO. For more information about the Assemblies of God, visit its site: www.ag.org.
